The Catman Specialist based in Cali, is the responsible to develop and implement sophisticated Catman processes for Key DT Customers, support and develop execution tools for CatMan Level, or Customers in DT, IT and D&P. Support the Customer Development Team in the generation and development of growth strategies for our brands, following business opportunities identified.
 
Main Responsibilities:

  • Support RCD process / Services (Category Knowledge / Category Optimization / Customers collaboration)
  • Lead and maintain a positive relationship with Key Customers and guarantee we have our fair SOS in all banners.
  • Develop and implement shopper strategies and solutions that improve the shopping experience and grow the category sales and profitability for top customers across the region.
  • Elevate category Knowledge with our customers via buyers inductions and PR Letters. 
  • Develop / Fine tune exhibitions strategy based on Shopper Insights and analytics.
  • Develop Selling Stories for Customers to capitalize business opportunity.
  • Use Syndicated Information: Nielsen, Kantar, Dunnhumby and Data POS as a competitive advantage to identify Business opportunities by customers for CP categories.

 
Main Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or similar fields
  • At least 3+ years of proven experience in a commercial area (consumer marketing / customer development)
  • Advanced English level 

 
Preferable Qualifications: 

  • Experience with customers (storytelling/presentations/insights and trends)
  • Experience with Tech Savvy topics (proposals and/or develop new initiatives).
  • Experience managing BI, Nielsen, Spaceman, Dunnhumby, Microsoft Office Tools (Excel) and Google Tools knowledge
