Job Summary:

Coordination and delivery of the end-to-end contract process. Work closely with the Legal, Procurement, and Supplier teams to ensure successful contract creation for the business with solid KPIs and SLAs using a contract management system and ongoing maintenance to build strong and sustainable supplier relationships through agile and efficient contract drafting and management.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and deliver the end-to-end contracting process for North America and Mexico
  • Leverage contract management automation to deliver an efficient contract management process
  • Draft contracts using automated templates
  • Negotiate contract terms with suppliers using Playbooks / Pre-Approved Clause Library
  • Determine appropriate case escalation to Legal and manage the escalation process through resolution and approvals; work with Procurement, CBS Legal, and Global Legal for expert guidance on key terms
  • Manage the manual contract signing process and/or electronic
  • Oversees performance obligation reporting and tracking progress toward contract fulfillment, renewals, and modifications. Performs system administration functions for contract generation and the contract lifecycle management system(s).
  • Supports special projects as they arise.
  • Participates in the maintenance of corporate contracting policies and guidelines, forms, and model contracting systems.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Law, International Business, International Relations, Logistics, Business Administration).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management and negotiation. Related industry is a plus.
  • Ability to understand contractual clauses, both commercial and legal.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with an automated contract lifecycle management system is a plus.
  • Knowledge of contracting statutes, both U.S. and non-U.S. plus"
