Title: Business Process Architect - Digital Procurement Transformation

Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose

  • The Digital Procurement Transformation Architect serves as a strategic bridge between business requirements and technical execution, acting as the architect-in-chief for the SAP Ariba and Ironclad ecosystems.

  • This role is focused on driving high-impact project implementations, rigorous design reviews, and providing high-level application support to ensure alignment with global supply chain and procurement strategies.

  • The candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) workflows, driving adoption of digital contracting and procurement processes to minimize manual intervention.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary liaison for procurement, legal, and supply chain leadership, facilitating workshops to translate complex strategic goals into scalable functional designs and technology roadmaps.

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of new modules or major upgrades from initial discovery through to post-go-live hypercare, including technical specification preparation and zero-defect deployments.

  • Architect and design end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) workflows, defining the data flow and cross-platform orchestration between Ironclad, SAP Ariba, and backend SAP S/4HANA systems.

  • Conduct architectural design reviews for all system enhancements, ensuring sustainable, integrated solutions that follow global templates and minimize technical debt.

  • Provide expert-level Level 3 application support, proactively auditing system performance, managing governance, and identifying continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC environments, specifically within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, with a proven track record in global project implementations.

  • Deep hands-on configuration experience in SAP Ariba (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, SLP, and CIG Integration) and Ironclad CLM.

  • Engineering graduate or equivalent technical degree, coupled with a strong analytical mindset to perform root-cause analysis on complex architectural challenges.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical constraints to non-technical business leaders and lead multi-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • SAP Ariba Certified Application Associate.

  • Ironclad Core Administrator or Power User Certification.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Scrum Master certification.

  • Strong familiarity with SAP Core functionalities including Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM), Batch Management, and FI Integration.
