About the Role

Are you an analytical IT professional looking to shape global supply chain technology and deployment? As our Business Process Analyst, you will support solution configuration, testing, and application delivery within the Global Applications team. Working on multi-regional deployments across cutting-edge platforms—including Kinaxis Maestro, 4flow TLO, PlanetTogether, and SAP S/4HANA—you will partner with regional business leads and global execution centers to build standardized supply chain planning tools while safeguarding system Performance and Reliability (P&R). If you bring a strong technical mindset, passion for digital automation, and a track record in ERP/APS integrations, this role offers an exceptional platform for your career growth!

Core Responsibilities

  • Global Solution Build & Configuration: Configure and maintain supply chain planning resources in Kinaxis Maestro, 4flow, and PlanetTogether following enterprise design standards.

  • Release Governance & Testing: Execute end-to-end technical testing protocols across DEV, QA, and PROD environments to prevent regression issues and maintain system performance.

  • System Integration & Data Validation: Validate closed-loop interface data flows and workbook calculations connecting planning platforms, co-manufacturing applications (e.g., Nulogy), and SAP S/4HANA.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with regional leads to document functional specifications, refine user stories, and resolve technical defects promptly.

  • Process Automation: Support next-generation automation initiatives, assisting in the development of low-code tools and AI-enabled planning workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in supply chain planning systems, IT implementations, or business process analysis.

  • Hands-on proficiency in SAP systems.

  • Advanced English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications in supply chain or planning platforms (e.g., APICS / CPIM, Kinaxis).

  • Hands-on experience with Advanced Planning Systems (APS) such as Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro, SAP APO, SAP IBP, o9 Solutions, or Logility.

  • Exposure to SAP modules, particularly Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), or Production Planning (PP).

  • Experience in CPG or manufacturing environment supply chain operations.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with low-code tools or automated workflow environments.
