Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a passionate Business Process Analyst to join our Global IT Organization in Mexico City. In this role, you will help design and implement Supply Chain applications that support our operations across North America, Latin America, and Hill’s Pet Nutrition. You’ll use your end-to-end supply chain knowledge to create solutions that meet real business needs, working closely with business leaders and key users at global and regional levels. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the customer service and logistics organization at the divisional and subsidiary levels to understand business processes and gather business requirements.
  • Analyze research and resolve requests submitted by the business, using existing technologies and ensuring the solution is aligned with divisional goals and GIT strategies.
  • Identify new techniques and technologies and concepts that can add value to business and IT.
  • Implement global bundles for North America, Hill’s and Latin America subsidiaries.
  • Effectively communicate project and work related information to the team.
  • Ensure compliance of GIT governance practices.
  • Participate in the planning of and lead the implementation of multiple complex GIT projects simultaneously 

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT role configuring and implementing logistics modules in SAP, including SD & LE-TRA.
  • Intermediate - Advanced English Proficiency.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with 3PL’s integration using ANSI X12 or EDIFACT standards.
  • Knowledge in IDOCs standards.
  • SAP S/4 HANA experience.
  • Experience with Batch management.
  • Debugging experience in ABAP.
  • LSMW experience.
  • Knowledge of BAPi’s, RFC, ALE  & APIs interfaces.
  • Experience with the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong desire to expand knowledge of SAP applications on a technical level.
  • Able to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals, and technologies.
  • Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts  in business terms.
