Let’s talk about main responsibilities:

  • Follow-up on MiPyme invoices issued by vendors.
  • Reconciliation between MiPyme invoices received on the AFIP site and invoices recorded in SAP.
  • Communication with suppliers to request documentation corresponding to invoiced items.
  • Analysis and reporting of accounts payable aging.
  • Scanning of received invoices to enter them into the payment flow.
  • Daily follow-up on the report of unposted invoices sent by CBS.
  • Communication with relevant internal departments to ensure the proper progression of documents in the payment flow.
  • Ensure the update of tax indicators and verify with the tax department that they are applied correctly.
  • Accept and/or reject MiPyme invoices and documents in the AFIP portal.
  • Inform CBS of the sale of invoices by suppliers and ensure the beneficiary's information is entered in SAP.
  • Coordinate with CBS the distribution of withholding certificates to suppliers.
  • Report invoice cancellations through the AFIP portal.
  • Ensure the existence of active Purchase Orders for invoices issued by clients, as well as the confirmation of receipt of goods/services in SAP.
  • Send details of registered client invoices to the Credit and Collections team.
  • Collaborate with the daily tasks of Treasury (requesting approval of bank transfers, requesting signature of checks, monitoring payments made via Interbanking, Citidirect).

 

What do you need to apply?

  • University Graduate or last years of career in Economics, Finance, Public Accounting and / or Business Administration
  • Experience in finance areas
  • Intermediate English
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • SAP (Desirable)
