The Sales Controlling Analyst carries out and provides the financial analysis of the accounts or RE, follow-up and control of the P&L to net sales, GTN, follow-up of the payment performance of the clients; as well as the most important financial and credit indicators. Plans in the short and medium term the financial analysis of the activities and commercial plans with the purpose of measuring, analyzing and controlling the performance of the investments. This role is responsible for ensuring and certifying profitability in each of the accounts or RE. 

 

What will you do?

  • Manage the rebate/CCM module (customer discounts)
  • Update and create database of commercial investment provisions (Rebates Agreements)
  • Comply with the integrity of the module processes (creation, payment, reverse and accounting)
  • Carry out the monthly reconciliation of GTN accounts in accounting vs the module, understanding the differences, reducing them and explaining them.
  • Analyze GTN accounts in a timely manner.
  • Prepare the supports of rebates, credit notes, invoices and reversals before local and corporate audits.
  • Collaborate and ensure the integrity of the information to close high points (findings) for audits and reinforce practices that guarantee controls.
  • Certify and consolidate the supporting information, approvals, or modifications to the activities and commercial agreements in the google drive.
  • Support the standardization of analysis, control and reporting of accounts or RE processes.
  • Document all those commercial investment exceptions approved in the CBP process.

 

What do you need to apply?

  • Bachelor´s degree in Accounting OR finalizing degree in the same field. 
  • Advanced English level, both oral & written
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel Domain or Chrome Suite
  • 1+ year of previous experience in Financial areas (Desired)
