Position Objective:

Coordinate, validate and ensure that the company complies with the labor, tax and social security obligations that the laws impose on employers - Outsourcers (Promotion Agencies, External personnel, dining room, maintenance, etc.), in the correct determination and payment to the personnel and governmental authorities of a Head Count that depends on the site attended in order to reduce the risks of contingencies to the company.

 

Responsibilities:

• Carry out the control of the payroll settlement, Christmas bonus, vacations, income tax 4th category.

• Monitoring and reporting of news

• Make additional adjustments and calculations, control of contributions and recoveries of both social work and prepaid medicine, according to each case.

• Calculate and specify social security payments, additional and non-remunerative benefits, etc.

• Carry out the accounting allocations of each operation under his charge.

• Print and distribute the documentation that corresponds to each of your tasks (receipts, certifications, etc.)

• Determination of calculations of Payroll, Liquidations, Bonuses, Quotas and Social Security Contributions

• Participation in the preparation of key information for management that serves as the basis for decision-making in other departments

• Development of control of the External Audit Fees and Budget of the department

• Comply with the provisions that the laws impose on employers and reduce labor, tax and social security contingencies to the company by identifying inconsistencies in the determination and payments to personnel and authorities and, where appropriate, proposing remediation plans .

• Analysis and reconciliation of SAP automatic transfer concepts verifying totals and attaching the documents authorized to support payroll and guaranteeing the effectiveness of the calculations, checking that the transfer processes were carried out correctly.

• Validation and application of disabilities analyzing the days that correspond to discounts and effectively the correct dates, guaranteeing the correct payment.

• Calculation of gross and net pay amounts (eg, Salary, overtime, shift payments, bonuses, sales commissions, bonuses, deferred compensation, benefits, tax withholdings, deductions, payroll liabilities, etc.)

• Maintenance of specific Payroll records (Changes in salary / salary rates; pension, insurance, mandatory deductions; new hires, dismissals, leave of absence, etc.)

• Reconciliation of Payroll records (eg, payments, discounts, salary entries in the general ledger)

• Administration and verification of Payroll Data

• Monitoring and management of compliance with legislation

• Answer questions from employees and supervisors on payroll matters

 

What do you need for the Position?

• Graduated from the Public Accountant, Administration Degree, Labor Relations Degree.

• 2 to 4 years of Payroll experience

• Experience in liquidation process

• Intermediate English

• Excel and Google sheets

• Experience in settlement processes in other Southern Cone countries (Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay) (desirable)
