Role Summary
The Professional Marketing Manager localizes and implements professional marketing campaigns across all professional channels to drive brand recommendation and market growth . Reporting directly to the Regional Sr Professional Manager, this position owns the strategic relationship with dental professionals and collaborates cross-functionally with internal business units to influence commercial policies, pricing, and incentives. The ideal candidate will champion the single most critical objective of maximizing Colgate's professional presence, digital engagement, and stakeholder collaboration across the region.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign & Brand Management: Own the end-to-end localization and development of professional marketing and detailing materials, clinic branding assets, and "In-Office" programs while collaborating with Procurement to secure top-tier vendor partnerships.
  • Digital Engagement & CRM: Drive the strategic design and execution of digital marketing initiatives, managing CRM infrastructure, email content creation, and professional website optimization to expand our expert influencer network.
  • Professional Events & Congresses: Lead the strategic planning, booth design, and execution of industry congresses, major events, and the "Expert Voices" program to strengthen brand authority.
  • Sampling & Demand Planning: Manage the professional sampling cycle, including demand planning, internal/external warehouse inventory controls, and sample customization for Oral Care Centers (OCC) .
  • Financial Stewardship: Oversee budget controlling and financial tracking for all professional marketing operations to maximize ROI and business priority alignment.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Engineering or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in pharma or FMCG industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active Driver's license and ability to drive
