About the Role

Are you passionate about driving strategic HR initiatives and fostering a positive organizational culture? Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a dynamic People Analytics & HR Business Partner to join our team in Argentina and the South Cone Hub. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Partner with business leaders to implement and manage HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Provide expert advice and coaching to enhance leadership effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute innovative HR solutions aligned with business operations and strategies.

Talent Management:

  • Co-own talent management programs with business leaders.
  • Support leadership development by identifying and addressing leadership and functional capacity gaps.
  • Partner with Learning CoHRE to address learning needs and maintain an active role in Learning Governance.

Employee Engagement:

  • Foster a positive work environment by collaborating with leaders on employee engagement initiatives.
  • Establish proactive communication channels to gauge organizational pulse and drive engagement.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Partner with COHRE Compensation to develop actions for key talent.
  • Identify opportunities for Total Rewards enhancements.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Utilize data models and visualization tools to drive insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate on projects to improve HR processes and strategies through data insights.

Union Relations:

  • Manage union relations and negotiate company union agreements.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion:

  • Actively participate in DE&I initiatives to implement relevant local programs.

What We’re Looking For

Educational Background:

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree or specialization in a relevant field.

Work Experience:

  • At least 8 years of progressive HR experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in people analytics.
  • Proven track record in providing strategic HR advice to top organizational leaders.
  • Experience in one or more HR specialty areas (compensation, benefits, people relations, people development, diversity and inclusion, analytics, organization development/design).
  • Experience managing budget planning.
  • Preferred: Experience handling union relations

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Success Factors, Google Suite, and DOMO.
