Position Purpose:

Plan the short and medium term financial analysis of commercial activities and aircraft with the purpose of measuring, analyzing and controlling the performance of investments. It is responsible for ensuring and certifying profitability in each of the accounts or RE.

Let’s talk about main responsibilities:

• Analysis of internal financial information (e.g. profit and loss accounts, financial statements, working capital, costs, prices, expenses, revenues, rates of return, etc.)

• Prepare and measure the financial impact of commercial activities in the P&L.

• It is responsible for making and providing the financial analysis of the accounts or RE, monitoring and control of the P&L, GTN, monitoring of payments to clients; also the most important financial and credit indicators.

• Develop, communicate and monitor financial indicators such as: Volume; GTN; Net sale; Mix or mixture as well as margin of clients to provide feedback to the commercial team and identify deviations.

• Ensure and issue scorecards in a timely manner for monthly - quarterly - annual monitoring.

• Work with members of CDT's with the objective of sharing financial knowledge of the business, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of actions.

• Analyze the impact on mark up & trade margins in promotional actions.

• Compile and ensure that all terms and conditions with clients have agreements and contracts that support commercial activities with each of the clients.

• Support, monitoring and analysis of payment for performance based on T&C conditions, and if necessary, recommend action plans

• Periodically prepare management vs. statutory sales reconciliation with the objective of responding to audits and inspections by local authorities.

• Support of financial information to the KAM and CDT on the performance of promotional actions and Terms and conditions.

• Control the correct monthly closing of sales, both in accounting and in management books.

• Prepare presentation of monthly results and for Budget Review - estimates.

• Prepare and record in the financial planning system the investment terms and conditions for the preparation of the Budget and estimates.

• Perform cost to serve & working capital analysis of key accounts.

• Responsible for communicating and monitoring compliance with financial policies related to GTN - and C2C cycle.

• Respond to corporate audits related to GTN Management.

Required Qualifications  

• Graduate in Public Accounting, Administration, or similar

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in finance

• At least 1 to 2 years in similar positions, preferably multinational companies

• Advanced Intermediate English

• Advanced Excel level

• SAP (Desirable)
