Job Title:      Digital Specialist RO/HU/CZ/SK

Reports to:  Digital Transformation Director CEE

Location:    Bucharest, Romania

This role acts as an in market connecting tissue between the digital transformation team and the local business reality. You  will focus on building CP brands and driving their growth via contribution to omni demand generation and execution across multiple touchpoints for Romania, Czech, Slovakia and Hungary: paid and organic search, websites, local social activations and data acquisition. 

Responsibilities

Digital Specialist RO/CZ/SK/HU is responsible for  

  • Champions locally the execution of local omni demand generation plans

    • Collaborates with CEE Digital Team and local markets to define ODG ways of working for the market cluster

  • Champions omni demand generation mindset with the local teams

    • Develops omni demand generation plans in connection with hub and local market and cascades best practices and learnings to other markets in the cluster

    • Connects local activations with broader demand generation plan, incl retailers and cascades best practices and learnings to other markets in the cluster

  • Holistic Search for the countries

    • Cascades  holistic search strategy developed by the hub into local markets - mass and retailer 

    • Monitors optimization towards the relevant KPIs efficiency/ ROI, visibility, relevancy, quality score in cooperation with the Agency Partners

    • Drives in depth understanding of analytics, ensures ongoing reporting and optimization in cooperation with Agency Partners

  • Websites & SEO 

  • Content gap analysis, content management & optimization 

  • Tagging and tech optimisation briefing to relevant stakeholders: BEX, OAC

  • SEO tech supervision & maintenance

  • Content management experience in any of WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) editors

  • Google Analytics basic reports extraction

  • Coordination CP Stibo material adaptation for the market cluster

  • CRM / Data

  • Execution of local multi-channel CRM marketing program, in connection with the hub

  • Driving CRM best practices on 1P data acquisition, targeting and tracking audience segments

  • Working with internal CEX team to deliver an aligned experience at various stages of consumer journey while driving efficiencies and delivering personalization at scale

  • Cascade social activations ideas for retailers

    • Contributes to develop & executes plans, in connection with hub social & content

    • Connects with local retail marketing teams to execute key activations by priority RE

    • Validates local relevance and translations with local retail marketing teams and the selected agency partner

Range of Qualifications

Level of Education:  

  • degree in Business: focus on digital Marketing, e-commerce, search, analytics  or communication

Experience:

  • day to day job experience with digital applications/functionality and engagement formats

  • Ideally at least 3 year of in-market experience with a company in FMCG  industry or media agency 

  • Experience with cross functional teams and day to day interaction with different functions is a plus 

  • Knowledge of 2+ of the 4 languages is a plus

Functional and Technical Skills:  

  • High level of affinity and ideally familiarity with digital engagement /commerce/search/Marketing and related  reporting applications, tools and functionalities  

  • Comprehensive knowledge of SEO, content-management applications, web applications, analysis tools, HTML, Adobe or Wordpress

  • Experience with business reports and analytics is a plus, ideally also able to turn business analysis into enhanced execution plans 

  • Experience in search campaigns and omni demand generation (a must)

  • Strong organizational and planning skills 

  • Excellent working knowledge of English (a must) 

  • Good communicator, able to work in a matrixed organization
