Filorga Belgium is looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to drive the company's marketing, advertising and promotional activities.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the national Trade Marketing plan.
  • Manage Trade Marketing budget and initiatives
  • Ensure the presence and proper execution of point-of-sale campaigns
  • Implement channel-specific marketing strategies for retailers
  • Lead trade marketing and customer engagement activities
  • Lead activation programs to enhance brand visibility
  • Oversee relationships with social media and PR agencies
  • Plan and execute key customer and consumer events
  • Collaborate with procurement, sales and finance teams to develop brand plans
  • Provide monthly updates and monitor market performance
  • Participate in forecasting in collaboration with the Business Manager and Sales Director
  • Support sales teams in creating high-quality materials

 

Profile required:

  • Degree in business management, economics, marketing or related field
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in trade marketing and customer engagement, preferably in dermocosmetics - OTC
  • Communication, interpersonal and data analysis skills
  • Experience in digital marketing and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and adapt quickly
  • Organization, attention to detail and sense of priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google tools
  • Bilingual French/Dutch + professional English required
  • Track record of significant success in increasing traffic and sales
  • Team spirit
  • Data analysis and presentation skills
