About the opportunity
To support our growth and develop our distribution within the (para) pharmacy channel we are looking for a passionate territory & Beauty advisor Manager for the region Antwerp/Limburg

Develop your sector with existing clients (sell in)

Develop your sector by developing new clients (sell in)

Manage and plan your animations days, skin care days with your clients (sell out)
The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long term success and to manage your clients from A to Z (sell in to sell out)
Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, and part of a sales team of 7 colleagues you will contribute to the growth and development of Filorga and foster enthusiasm for the brand among our customers AND consumers
Key responsibilities

You are responsible for the sales of our growing range of Filorga products. Your goal is not to satisfy customers, but also to achieve the proposed objectives.

You are responsible for the presentation and direct sale of your product range to pharmacists in the Antwerp / Limburg region.

You are responsible for the sell out of your region through animation and skin care days. With your passion for dermo cosmetic, people, our company, products and services, you provide each customer with a unique and inspiring in-store experience that they will often remember with pleasure.

You build a long-term relationship with the pharmacist through your expert advice and a quality service.

You also support your clients by offering them product training and merchandising tips to boost their sales to consumers.

You are responsible for achieving the sales targets in your region while considering the parameters of percentage of visits, frequency of visits and coverage of your region.

You will ensure efficient organization of your work schedule and provide daily reporting of your activities.
Qualifications/ education & work experience
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
-
You have min 3 years’ experience as pharmacy/ parapharmacy sales representative
-
You have a proven track record as (para) pharmacy representative
-
Background: OTC – dermo cosmetic products
-
No fear to prospect new potential customers
-
Interpersonal and communication skills with a business & customer focus mindset

Flexible, autonomous, open minded, you act proactively.

Positive attitude even in complex situation

You are a native Dutch speaker, bilingual is a plus
-
All applicants must be able to demonstrate excitement for and the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service

Experience with personalized skin care animation is a plus
