About the opportunity

To support our growth and develop our(para) pharmacy distribution we are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to join our Belux team that will 


  • Oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients 


The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long term success


Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you will support and contribute to the elaboration and implementation of commercial strategies for our key customers as well as building relationship with existing clients and develop new key clients in your sector


Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the annual business plan within your customer portfolio (pharmacy chains, groups, Para pharmacy chain, on liner etc…)

  • Manage customer negotiations in relation to Filorga’s commercial strategy and customers trading terms

  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner

  • Account planning and forecasting for your Key accounts

  • Working close with the Trade Marketing team to deliver best practice in-store sales execution, on shelf availability and promotional compliance

  • Maintain and develop existing client in the following regions: Province Luxemburg- GDL 

  • Accountable for identifying, investigating and developing new opportunities within your region


Qualifications/ education & work experience 

  • Master Degree or Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

  • You have min 5 years’ experience as KAM

  • You have a proven track record as (para) pharmacy representative

  • Background: OTC – dermo cosmetic products 

  • Strong negotiation skills 

  • With your strong communication skills, you easily establish efficient working relationships with different people inside and outside the organization.

  • Interpersonal and communication skills with a business & customer focus mindset

  • Analytical 

  • Flexible, autonomous, open minded, you act proactively.

  • You have a very good knowledge of IT Tools (Excel & Google Suite).

  • Positive attitude even in complex situation

  • Being  Bilingual is a must!
