Junior Brand Manager

We are looking for a new colleague to an important position in our young, ambitious and winning team as junior Brand Manager for one of our Personal Care brands like Sanex, Tahiti or Palmolive within our successful subsidiary located in Brussels. In this Brand Manager role, you will be working on one of the most powerful body care Brands in Europe.
What You’ll Do
Every day is different, but below is a sample of what you will experience and expect to accomplish:
You are part of the Belgium Marketing team, serving as the Brand Champion driving brand growth for Sanex and Tahiti across trade and shopper channels. You own local shopper and consumer insights, ensuring they sit at the core of all retail strategies—from budget allocation and portfolio management to marketing campaigns and point-of-sale executions that strengthen brand equity.

Execute impactful omnichannel marketing campaigns that drive penetration and digital conversion by working with external media agencies.

Lead retail marketing strategies, developing high-impact point-of-sale (POS) materials, displays, and promotional plans for key retail partners in close collaboration with the Sales Team

Partner with the Hub Brand Team to localize NPDs, ensuring portfolio management and innovation align with local shopper needs.

Oversee localized social media strategies and retail-focused digital activations in collaboration with partner agencies

Manage your local marketing budget.
