We are currently looking for an enthusiastic intern to join and support our dynamic Commercial Team.

 

Our Sales / e-commerce internship gives a first-hand look and experience inside the Hill’s Pet Benelux organization while contributing to meaningful commercial projects with true business impact. As an intern, you will be closely working and fully participate in the sales team.  You will support the customer manager and receive real responsibilities from day one. It’s a great opportunity to gain relevant experience in a professional environment and dynamic market and put your own knowledge and ideas into practice.

 

Key responsibilities

The projects and tasks for this role are broad, varied and partly ad hoc. As a result the responsibilities vary accordingly. Find below some activities that can serve as an example of the type of work that might come by during the internship:

  • Maintenance of the various websites, assist account manager in facilitating key updates on all e-commerce / omni sales channels with accuracy 

  • Leveraging data from different sets of tools to define strong insights to drive the business

  • Gain relevant work experience working with various digital tools commonly used in salesIntroductions of new products on the Dutch and Belgian market

  • Supporting creating Customer-specific promotions and supervising internal coordination, plus analyzing promotional results

  • A multitude of digital initiatives aimed at consumers as well as for or via our customers

  • Daily activities: you support the Account managers on various daily activities

All work is supervised by the Account Managers, but will largely be carried out by the selected intern.

 

Profile

  • Data driven with strong interest in analytics and insight building

  • Proactive and communicative

  • WO Business Administration / Economics / Communication / Marketing / E-commerce or similar

  • At the end of your Bachelor / Master program

  • Bilingual: Dutch and English (essential) and French (is a big plus)

  • Digital literacy including Microsoft (Excel) and/or Google (sheets, slides)

  • Good communication and creative writing skills

  • Insight in the latest developments within digital marketing (f.e. SEO / SEA / content marketing / social marketing) is a big plus!
