Role Summary

As the Brand Specialist for Oral Care you lead the global strategic direction, positioning, and long-term P&L growth of the assigned brand portfolio. The Brand Manager serves as the ultimate brand champion, ensuring brand consistency, maximizing brand equity, and delivering sustainable, profitable market share expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the brand's financial performance and strategic vision, acting as the business owner for the assigned portfolio and executing robust long-term marketing roadmaps.

  • Lead the development and execution of high-impact integrated campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels, managing senior-level relationships with creative and media agencies.

  • Translate advanced market research and predictive analytics into actionable insights to inform product innovation, pricing, and communication strategies that outpace the competition.

  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure exceptional operational efficiency, maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) across all brand expenditures.

  • Orchestrate cross-functional alignment between Sales, R&D, Operations, and Finance to ensure all organizational efforts support the brand’s strategic goals and major market launches.

  • Mentor and develop junior brand team members, fostering a culture of strategic thinking, accountability, and marketing excellence within the department.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree completed.

  • 2+ years of progressive Brand Management experience in the FMCG/CPG industry.

  • Proven experience in full P&L management and accountability.

  • Intermediate English Level.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep functional competency in "Brand Building" and "Financial Literacy" (Marketing Mix Modeling).

  • Experience influencing executive stakeholders without direct authority in a matrix organization.

  • Expertise in brand equity measurement and advanced forecasting.
