Scope of Responsibility:

The Supply Planning Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing and using data to support their recommendations for optimizing the methods within the company in terms of material order, production, supplies, and transportation.

Key activities include:

  • Monitor and collect data on current operations, including scheduling, sourcing, warehousing, production, and delivery

  • Gather data on each step within the plant operation, using it to recommend changes to reduce time/ costs

  • Assess a company’s processes and inventory, then use that data to improve efficiency and reduce costs

  • Investigate pain points within the process and develop solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies

  • Create performance reports for management to review

  • Communicate with other departments within the organization to identify efficiency issues, develop solutions, and implement changes

  • Plan and carry out supply planning projects

  • In charge of Digital Supply Planning transformation projects

  • Lead Quality/FP&R/EHS standard: refer on R&R matrix detail for each standard

The Individual


Bachelor Degree in Mathematics and Informatics, Industrial Management, Industrial System Engineering, Logistics, Business or related field.


1 - 3 years’ experience of Supply chain management, Continuous Improvement, Data Analysis & Digitalization area


Basic Information Technology knowledge and experience in Office Applications such as MS Office or Google Suite

Proficiency with SAP and its processes will be an advantage

Rich experience of data analysis

Proficiency in using Data Analysis tools
