We are now looking for a highly motivated Engineer, Automation & Integration to join our team!

The Engineer, Automation & Integration will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated systems and processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality in our organization. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, evaluate existing processes, and develop innovative solutions to streamline operations.

They also guide and empower teams in the implementation of Factory strategy, supervise all activities related to the maintenance, repair, overhaul, trouble-shooting, and installation of factory equipment and production line set-ups for product changes and building related as well

Core Responsibilities (these may vary depending upon size or location of site; additional responsibilities may be added as necessary):

• Design and develop automated systems and processes to optimize efficiency and productivity. Develop and implement automation strategies and solutions to improve process reliability and quality
• Manage the implementation of Industrial IOT (IIOT) devices and data collection systems; together with cross functional team leading My Phuoc Plant ahead to Global Smart Factory standard
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in industrial/ automation technology
• Project management and work closely with automation suppliers to implement plant automation projects. Responsible for conducting equipment and process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) as per the Global Quality Standards. Ensures project teams (CP and non-CP members) understand and abide by all Safety rules/regulations.
• Conducts testing/validation to verify that process/equipment meets design specifications. Performs follow up and take corrective actions. Troubleshoots problematic batches and production line deviations. Transfers skills/knowledge through effective communication including Operator manuals, job aids, one point lessons, process picture maps, electronic bundle books, Continuous Improvement Reviews(CIR’s), CIP’s/FMEA’s (Risk Analyses), Communities of Practice (CoP’s) and process control maps. Capture project learning so they can be incorporated into other projects being led by other project engineers.
• Provides support/ guidance to up skill for fresh engineers/ technicians/ operators follow Global Smart Factory, People Capability building roadmap
• Liaise closely with the company EHS coordinator, FP&R coordinator, and GMP program to implement all as required.
• Lead Quality/FP&R/EHS standard: refer to R & R matrix detail for each standard.

Education:

BS Degree in Technical field (Automation, Mechatronics, Engineering, etc.)

Experience:

1-3 years experienced in Engineering/ Equipment/ Automation

Foundation of project management

Familiar with SolidWorks, Programmable Logic controller (PLC) program is a plus
