The primary accountabilities of the (Sr) Manufacturing Excellence Engineer includes developing and sustaining manufacturing processes to meet or exceed the technical & operational requirements of our plant while achieving safety, quality, efficiency and cost objectives. They leads the implementation of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement/ digitalization projects including, but not limited to: layout, workflow, process flow, process monitoring/control methods, material handling, documentation, training, supHe/ sheport, and equipment service/maintenance. This position also characterizes, verifies, and validates the compliance to various regulatory requirements in EHS, GMP/Quality and Factory Performance & Reliability (FP&R) Standards.

This position is a valuable member of the Operation management team, to ensure delivery of business results in their area. He/ she will work within a structure that requires considerable connection with other Plant's functions, guide and empower teams in Plant strategy. Detailed duties are as below:

  • Lead continuous improvement efforts for the processes that drive business performance in key performance indicators for the My Phuoc facility (e.g. asset utilization, operational efficiency, conversion costs, Funding the Growth) while meeting quality, GMP, safety and FP&R performance expectations.
  • Integrate Operational Excellence Standards (EHS/ Quality/ FP&R) into operational working processes for all levels in shopfloor and ensure the consistency of compliance to Operational Excellence.
  • Serve as primary resource in operations for solving issues involving design, process changes and equipment modification by soliciting feedback and driving continuous improvement.
  • Support the flawless qualification and readiness for mass operations of new equipment/ new products or new capital projects.
  • Develop new insights by using data analytics and drive improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency from those insights.
  • Provides guidance and training to plant operations to nurture upskill and reskill programs and deploying new knowledge to operation people.

 

What we require:

  • Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering/ Industrial Management/ Business Administration or related fields
  • English language proficiency
  • Knowledge about Lean/ Six Sigma and statistical/ data analytics methodology/tools using

 

What we prefer:

  • Your practical experience in process improvement projects in manufacturing fields counts.
  • Coding skill (Google Appscript, Python, SQL..) will be a plus.
  • Passion for continuous learning and embracing new technology
