The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for supervising the activities of Sales Promoters, being responsible for managing his team, carrying out constant monitoring and training for the team and working in the field with direct monitoring of customers. Also implement and execute with excellence the 5Ps at Points of Sale, detect opportunities and capitalize on them through value propositions. Strengthen our relationship with point-of-sale decision makers to support the achievement of sales objectives, Share of Market, Share of Shelf and Share of Exhibition. Group leader and facilitator of the Call Value System


WHAT WILL YOU DO 

  • Serve as a link between the Commercial Team and Promoters, sharing information and experiences.
  • Support/Supervise the implementation of plans and strategies established by the Sales Team.
  • Support/Supervise the implementation of Planograms established by the Company for each segment.
  • Support/Supervise the placement of point of sale material and the negotiation/placement of displays.
  • Manage the team's material needs and create mechanisms to control the material used.
  • Control / Manage expenses generated by the Promoters Team.
  • Plan the Team's itineraries/work system.
  • Maintain a good relationship with store managers/supervisors, forming a link between the company and the customer.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Complete Bachelor's
  • Experience in the commercial area 
  • Skills and experience in People Management 
  • Driving License B – Valid;
  • Knowledge of the Internet and Office suite (Excel, Word and Power Point)

 

IT IS DESIRED: 

  • Experience with Merchandising
