Position:  Shopper and Business Development Manager - TH eCommerce

Report to: Commercial Intelligence Team Leader 

Job Scope: Extend from Pure Plays (GIH) to all platforms in Thailand eCommerce. Also, extend from Analytic, price and promotion into overall 7Ps as the same role of Retail Marketing

 

Role Responsibilities: 

  • Own all related retail marketing and business development areas of eCommerce platforms - Pure Plays, Social Commerce and B&M including Quick Commerce.

  • Analyze eCommerce platform trends, consumer preferences, and competitive movements to inform brand and eCommerce strategies.

  • Turn shoppers and platform insights to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth management through strategic pricing, portfolio optimization, product mix enhancements and superior omni experiences.

  • Build strategic go to market plans for all NPD launch in eCOM platforms

  • Develop eCommerce portfolio pricing and promotion strategies to accelerate GMV growth, ensuring alignment with overall eCommerce strategies and company priorities.

  • Maintain price integrity in eCommerce to prevent conflicts across channels.

  • Have a deep understanding of eCommerce P&L components to effectively leverage analytics and integrate data from various sources.

  • Champion ROI by formulating ongoing recommendations and suggesting best practices for activities (promotion & campaign) to enhance eCommerce GTN and deliver GTN optimization

  • Conduct thorough post-campaign analysis on sales, traffic, conversion, and customer funnel metrics, delivering insights to refine promotional and marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with IBE, Brand and CS&L teams to ensure superior go-to-market execution in eCommerce, delivering an omnichannel experience with robust demand planning, speed to market, and media connectivity.

  • Build analytic frameworks and dashboards to drive business growth and enhance efficiency in planning, reporting, analysis driving to strategies and action plans

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in eCommerce operations with a focus on strategic targeting and analytics.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights for driving business growth.

  • Demonstrated experience in transforming data into strategic decisions and operational plans.

  • Familiarity with in-market marketing strategies and activities tailored to digital commerce.

  • Proficient in data mining and analysis, with advanced skills in tools such as Domo, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and SAP.

  • Experience with platform seller centers for managing eCommerce operations.

  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
