Job summary : To manage Search across all current & future Digital platforms.  Main objective is to maximize the portfolio of Colgate-Palmolive brands’ ranking performance on all paid and organic search platforms, both off-platform and on-platform.  You will demonstrate clear mastery of all search mechanics across Search Engine Advertising (SEA), organic search (SEO), eRetail optimization and Omni-channel customers to drive best impressions and conversion results. You’ll partner with our digital agencies, as well as our eCommerce teams.

Job descriptions:

  • Search off-platform (40%) 
  • Owned websites: Improve ranking and increase online reach by driving improvements in content and technical SEO.
  • Owned websites: Run personalization and propose new website features to attract customer engagement.
  • Monitor and optimise Paid search strategy (SEM) across Google/YouTube in collaboration with the Division team. Drive traffic to either owned websites or eCommerce based on strategic goals.
  • Social Search across categories.


  • Search on-platform (60%)
  • Onsite (Marketplace online): managing & optimising SEO in collaboration with internal & external teams. Working initially with the current agency on SEM with an objective to in-house SEM management overtime to build internal capabilities and improve plans efficiency.
  • Implementing, mapping & optimizing search terms/ KWs with SKUs.
  • Other Brick & Clicks/ omni-channels retailers : managing & optimising SEO in collaboration with internal & external teams and managing SEM in-house through the relevant platform.


  • Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years of search experience; Experience at Client or Agency leading strategic search and planning, activation of Search (SEM and SEO), CPG experience.
  • Deep understanding of how paid search/SEM interacts with display media, paid social, SEO, mobile, social, retailers and content.
  • Proven record of search marketing execution.
  • Holistic search strategy and mindset.
  • Proven experience with Search Engine Marketing strategies and technical expertise.
  • Analytical and process oriented
