Position Title: HRBP - Commercial (Thailand - Colgate & Hills)

Report to: Senior HRBP -Commercial 

Location:  BKK -Klongtoey (not connected to BTS/MRT, Parking lot is provided for Employee free of charge)

 

Job Purpose 

To partner with the Customer Development organization as an able Human Resources Business Partner by providing strategic HR support. This role supports Colgate Palmolive Thailand and Hills Thailand.

 

Key Accountabilities 

Related Activities

 

1.  Work with the Customer Development Leadership  to manage manpower planning & deployment at the branch level and ensure optimal manning of zones/positions.

  • Draft a manning plan.

  • Plan movements within the Direct Trade /Indirect Trade/ Retail Marketing/ Marketing organizations and outside to ensure that Hi-Pos are continuously engaged.

  • Support organization changes and re-organization plans.

 

2. Recruitment & Selection done within the stipulated Turn Around Time.

  • Coordinate with Colgate Business Shared Service  to facilitate external hiring processes for Customer Development (Sales). 

  • Build pipeline for high turnover areas.

  • Hiring process of Customer Development Trainees.

  • Support continuous improvement of induction plan for Customer Development organization.

  • Lead the Management Trainee program on all aspects.

 

3. Capability Development

  •  Finalize training needs annually and coordinate with Colgate Business Shared Service to roll out training programs.

  • Competency assessment based on Leadership & functional competency framework.

  • Career Development and Career plans Grids to be actioned.

  • Partner with Customer Development team to build capability for Customer Development team members.

  • Partner with Colgate Business Shared Service to seamlessly deliver HR excellence in training and monitor training completion.

 

4. Employee Engagement

  • Review Colgate Connect survey results and facilitate FGDs to support managers build action plans.

  • Drive Engagement initiatives.

 

5. NVO Management (Budget)

  • Support and Manage NVO (Budget) for the HR function by monitoring spends and partner with the Finance team.

  • Provide guidance to other HR team members on the budget where required.

 

6. Company Wide Programs

  • Partner with company wide programs to support and lead various initiatives as required on recognition, sustainability, women’s leadership and diversity.

 

Qualifications:

Work Experience: 8 years of experience in HR Generalist or Specialist roles. 

At least 3 years experience as a commercial HRBP in FMCG Company. 

Good English communication skills are a must.
