Job summary: To ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications in support of Colgate-Palmolive's business goals for Greater Indochina Hub.


This role requires a strategic mindset demonstrated through innovative digital thinking and expertise to drive key decisions that move our brands forwards. We’re looking for a demonstrated digital marketer who is creative, collaborative, and eager to develop. A leader of inspiration, uniting team & geographies around our marketing vision.  


This position requires a self-motivated, flexible individual with very strong communication skills. You should be a strong strategic thinker, capable of seeing the bigger picture and orchestrating projects to that end. This role requires you to constantly challenge the status quo and seek new and better ways of communicating both internally and externally.  



Social Media Creative Strategy and Direction

  • Set the strategy for how our brands are seen across social platforms with consideration for both paid media and organic distribution.

  • Responsible for briefing internal creative partners and agencies.

  • Understand and communicate content performance metrics and build an evaluation period into the content development process.

  • Generate strong contents and value creation programs

  • Build CRM programs and collaborate with cross functional teams

  • Lead influencer marketing program.



  • Create seasonal and always-on programming of social in lockstep with category priorities.

  • Handle the creation and publishing process from brief to execution.

  • IDENTIFY, TEST, LEARN: Keep abreast of platform developments, incorporate platform-right opportunities into social campaigns and share learnings back to the functions.
