This person is responsible for leading Colgate's relationship with the client. Negotiate the activities and investments in order to implement the 5Ps at the points of sale (assortment, Planograms, POP, promotions and price verification). Implement tactical actions aligned with the company's strategy, within the framework of good ethical and business practices.


WHAT WILL YOU DO
1. Identify growth drivers in customers to take the necessary actions to boost sales.

2. Negotiation of Joint business plan and annual business plan with the client

3. Understand and explore customer needs to recommend business solutions

4. Responsibility for the client's P&L

5. Interpret the reports that arise from the Supply Chain, detect opportunities for collaborative work

6. Responsibility for monitoring and application of current accounts (generation of RASAS and its application)

7. Carry out a schedule of monthly visits to the points of sale, supervising the sales representatives or merchandisers

8. Ensure net sales target: Sell Out performance by subcategory - days of inventory - SOM Growth - DSO by region (according to CP guidelines).

9. Maintain contact with the leading client in search of sustainable growth on both sides.

10. Ensure the implementation of the 5 Ps at the levels of Retail Environment and its channel.

11. Assure clients of the annual business plan, maintaining adequate negotiation and implementation in the accounts under their responsibility.

12. Manage people development and leadership

13. Provide excellent demand planning to ensure target net sales.

14. Provide compelling and appropriate business information to your team and leaders.

15. Develop and implement proper Catman processes

16. Support the DC Team in the generation and development of growth strategies for our brands, following the commercial opportunities identified in the Categories for which we have CatMan consultancies with Key Clients.


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration or similar

- 3 years of experience in commercial area

- Basic knowledge of the English language

- Advanced management of Windows (Excel, Power Point), BI, SAP. General knowledge of Retail/Shopper.
