Title: Assistant Brand Manager
Location: Australia
As the Assistant Brand Manager, you are the "Project Lead." You turn the strategy into reality. You are the expert on the "here and now," ensuring that every campaign, SKU, and digital asset is delivered on time and with precision.
Responsibilities:

End-to-End Campaign & Digital Execution: Lead 360° campaign implementation from brief to launch. Coordinate media/creative agency logistics, oversee digital strategy across web and social, and ensure all assets are delivered seamlessly on time.

Commercial & Budget Ownership: Manage the brand’s day-to-day financials by inputting into P&Ls, overseeing the annual budget process, raising POs, tracking vendor invoices, and ensuring absolute spend accuracy.

Market Intelligence & Performance Tracking: Act as the subject matter expert for market data (Circana/Nielsen). Analyze weekly performance trends, track competitor movements, and unravel the "why" behind sales shifts to unlock new product and portfolio opportunities.

Portfolio & Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day business operations, including SKU setups, artwork updates, packaging revisions, and promotional calendar execution to keep the portfolio running smoothly.

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with key internal and external stakeholders—including Global Business units, Consumer Innovation Centers (NPD teams), subsidiary partners, and senior leadership—to align strategy and keep projects moving forward.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (marketing, commercial majors preferred)

1-2 years of experience in similar field

Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships between internal teams and external retail partners
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in consumer product goods preferred

Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs) preferred
