Responsibilities:

  • Target Direction
  • Define the source of growth and building blocks for key accounts, identifying areas with the highest potential for business expansion.
  • Collaborate with key accounts to create comprehensive business plans that align with their objectives and company strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the customer's business, including their goals, challenges, and opportunities.

 

  • Capability Building
  • Collaborate with key accounts to develop Joint Business Plans (JBP) that align with both parties' objectives and drive mutual growth.
  • Possess strong negotiation skills to effectively navigate discussions and agreements with key account stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at the head office and buyer level.
  • Foster trust, open communication, and collaboration to strengthen partnerships and drive business outcomes.

 

  • Shopper Activities
  • Collaborate with key accounts to develop effective activities plans that drive sales and consumer engagement.
  • Analyze the performance and effectiveness of shopper activities against the planned objectives.
  • Apply the key learnings to optimize future activities and enhance overall account planning strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy to improve supply chain efficiency and minimize stock-outs or overstocks.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive offerings to optimize product placement and visibility.
  • Develop an action plan to secure a favorable share of the product assortment within key accounts.


4.    Market Share

  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and historical data to estimate the growth potential of the product category.
  • Use various forecasting techniques to project future market demand and identify growth opportunities.
  • Align target growth with internal and external


5. Process Improvement

  • Evaluate and enhance the forecasting and supply chain processes related to key accounts.
  • Collaborate with demand planning and supply chain teams to optimize forecast accuracy, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Assess and improve the payment process for key accounts, including invoicing, payment terms, and collections.
  • Work closely with finance and accounting teams to streamline payment processes and resolve any issues or discrepancies.


Required  Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in FMCG Companies (similar role and similar market environment) or confirmation as a CDO after meeting performance expectations as a CDO intern
  • Graduate in Business Administration
  • Planning and priority setting, negotiation, effective execution and analysis, developing and coaching and decision making and  relationship building
  • Understanding our environment, customer influence and negotiation, customer or service provider collaboration


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in FMCG Companies (similar role i.e. DT and similar market environment) 
  • Graduate in Business Administration (Sales & Marketing specialization)
  • Teamwork and leading change
  • Supply chain perspective, integrated commercial planning, in store execution and financial proficiency
