Job Title:  Plant Costing Analyst - 1 year contract

This position (1 year contract) will be responsible for providing financial support to the Anzio Plant and will report to the Plant Controller. It will contribute to financial closing activities and will take a coordination role for the local cost efficiency initiatives and for local costing activities. Furthermore it will provide in depth analytics and periodic reports to the management team and will support the preparation of budgets and estimates.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a curious person, with strong analytical skills, who enjoys understanding and solving problems and fosters team work in a cross functional and multicultural environment. She/he delivers accurate results against tight deadlines and uses available technology in the most efficient way.  

Job purpose:

- Support during closing activities (including JV postings)

- Support for the coordination of the "Funding The Growth" program

- Local coordination of costing activities

- Support for budget & estimates preparation

- Creation and distribution of monthly financial reports

- Support for local fixed asset accounting activities

- Other accounting and costing activities

Key requirements:

• Master Degree in Accounting/ Economics/ Business Admin
• Strong analytical skills
• Specific experience or knowledge on cost accounting topics will be considered a plus
• Fluent English and Italian
• Good Team Player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Costing /Finance/Accounting in structured international organizations
