Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and strengthen relationship with On-line retailers (Kazakhstan);

  • Monitor the achievement of sales objectives with each assigned account, identify gaps and opportunities on weekly basis and propose plans for exploiting business development activities and implement plans for remedial action;

  • Monitor 6P (assortment, availability, pricing, shelf positioning, POS materials, promotional activities, professional recommendation level) and other e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, etc) execution on a weekly basis, ensure quick issues resolving. Build KPIs development plans for On-line retailers to grow mutual e-com business;

  • Ensure pricing strategy, as well as, promotions strategy to drive incremental sales volume in each assigned account;

  • Develop, prepare and implement agreed annual business plans for each assigned account consistent with overall sales volume in e-commerce channel;

  • Conduct day-to-day, as well as, annual negotiations with each assigned account.

 

Requirements to the candidate:

  • Minimum of 3 years of previous experience working in Customer Development\Sales in FMCG or related industries;

  • Bachelor’s Degree;

  • Profound Knowledge of e-commerce Shopper Insight (preferable);

  • Leadership Skills;

  • Proactivity in terms of business development opportunities;

  • Analytical skills;

  • Strategic thinking;

  • Strong and effective negotiations skills;

  • Effective and efficient planning and management of the budget;

  • Result oriented;

  • Stress resistance;

  • Knowledge of Google tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs) would be an advantage;

  • Upper-Intermediate English (both written and spoken).
