Job Title:  Associate Digital Communications Manager

The Associate Digital Communications Manager role works in conjunction with the Senior Digital Communications Manager to own the end-to-end EltaMD loyalty experience for the US market to build brand love and engagement. This vital role will create a persistent customer-first mentality across physical and digital channels to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and profitability. By developing an in-depth understanding for EltaMD across key business environments,  this role will drive initiatives essential to the continued growth and evolution of the program and overall business.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:


30% Search & Content Strategy / Execution

  • Lead the development and execution of our content strategy working with our agency partner to deliver helpful and inspiring content at regular cadence in the EltaMD Live Freely blog
  • Leverage SEO strategy across blog and web properties to meet customers where they are looking 
  • Inform SEM strategy via insights shared with eComm team

30% CRM

  • Manage CRM systems used in marketing, lead the implementation of new tools and partner with agencies as needed to execute campaigns
  • Drive positive engagement and growth of B2C customers
  • Use performance insights and consumer journey mapping tools  to personalize and  improve campaign strategies. 
  • Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems and implement digital  marketing techniques that will drive new customers

20% Consumer Loyalty Program

  • Support Sr. Manager in developing and  launching a consumer(b2c) loyalty program 
  • Own the end-to-end customer loyalty experiencer and report and evangelize what great customer experiences look like
  •  Create and test rewards across multiple retention channels to create offerings that drive new product adoption, build sustained brand loyalty and engage customers in our mission

20% Analytics and Audience Segmentation

  • Support the development of audience segmentation strategy,  customer data governance framework and lifetime value of B2C customers 
  • Oversee the unification of disparate sets of customer data into a master view of every customer.
  •  Developing the 360-degree view of the customer that paves the way for measuring customer satisfaction across all touchpoints along the customer journey. 
  • Establish metrics for defining the relationship with customers and support the development

Education/ Experience Requirements:

  • Basic qualifications include: Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing or related field with 5+ years of work experience.
  • Preferred qualifications include: MBA, CPG experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience with CRM implementation and technical expertise
  • Proven experience in loyalty program management including physical and digital channels 
  • Familiar and prior experience with technology across multiple platforms, including but not limited to: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Cloud Platform, SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya), SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Commerce, Wordpress, JIRA, and Adobe Experience Manager
  • Knowledge of digital strategies and trends
  • Work with cross-functional teams and manage simultaneous projects and needs
  • Strong initiative and results oriented
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, particularly with diverse cultures
  • Thrives on digital innovation and evaluating trends in a changing landscape
  • Proven record to work with marketing teams and build brands
