Role Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Financial Analyst (Temporary Role) to join our dynamic corporate Finance team. Reporting directly to the Senior Accounting Manager, you will drive business priorities by owning the end-to-end invoice verification, matching, and bookkeeping operations for local and international partners. This exciting opportunity allows you to directly safeguard transactional compliance, execute accurate tax metrics, and build collaborative relationships with critical external suppliers across our operational network. Your single most important focus will be ensuring perfect ledger integrity and zero balance variance ahead of vital financial closures.
Responsibilities

Review, validate, and record standard and complex vendor invoices into the SAP ERP system, ensuring compliance with internal workflows and 3-way match validation guidelines

Perform balance sheet account reconciliation and analytical assessments on supplier accounts payable to ensure zero ledger variance before financial closures

Process and monitor account statements for local and foreign suppliers, customs brokers, and multi-modal transport companies

Calculate, issue, and distribute official local withholding tax certificates including VAT/IVA and Income Tax/ISLR compliance protocols

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal business units and external vendors regarding invoice cycle status, ledger reconciliation, and payment schedules

Evaluate and troubleshoot purchase order errors, price variances, and expense reports by applying standard corporate criteria
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field

At least 1+ years of proven experience in Accounts Payable, General Accounting, or External/Internal Audit fields with no range provided
- Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel
Preferred Qualifications

Strong functional competency in local tax laws, VAT, and specialized withholding tax frameworks evaluated by the interview panel

Previous financial accounting experience operating within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry

Intermediate English Level
- Prior hands-on operational experience utilizing SAP ERP systems or equivalent large-scale corporate financial accounting software identifiable from the resume alone
