Job Summary:
The position develops robust engagement plans along the complete Path to Purchase based on insight, testing and experience. The objective is to accelerate growth across wellness and therapeutic brands while also partnering with retailers to expand their categories. This role will ensure the brand strategy is executed and integrated with other commercial plans. This position will also help to build learning and capabilities within the broader commercial team.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
▪ Lead the development and execution of “Complete Path to Purchase” Media and Communication plans
▪ Collaborates with brand teams & agency to ensure the delivery and execution of content to drive Traffic, Conversion and Retention
▪ Develop Joint Media Plans with eCommerce customers, aligned to the overall Commercial Plan
▪ Integrate plans with digital/shopper marketing to develop and execute eShopper engagement programs
▪ Manage the planning and allocation of A&P investment with customers in line with the Commercial Plan
▪ Use shopper and category data and tools to identify growth opportunities
▪ Identify key insight gaps and work with Insights and Analytics team to address
▪ Build growth proposals to gain internal alignment to unlock opportunities
Basic requirements:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent required
- 10+ years combined experience in marketing or sales, with at least 5 years coming from Marketing
- Strong computer and Google suite of skills
Preferred requirements:
- MBA
- Experience in CPG/Pet healthcare industry
- eCommerce experience
- Shopper or Customer Marketing experience
