ROLE BRIEF
Position : Customer Development Executive
Department : Customer Development
Responsibilities:
Influence & guide Distributor Sales Representative (DSR) to achieve sales out through effective preplanning
Work with Vendor Management Inventory (VMI) to forecast service provider’s need, follow-up on orders to ensure timely and complete deliveries and prioritize service provider’s requirement when product is unavailable
Provide service provider with an objective and trustworthy analysis of their business to develop to develop collaborative strategies that drive incremental growth opportunities
List new Stock Key Units (SKU) in Indirect Customers to ensure speed to market of new innovations
Conduct regular business reviews and follow-up on sales activity, new products, customer service receivables & claims
Collaborate with service provider in recruiting and retaining DSR; and coaching & training DSR
Ensure DSR secure additional second site displays to reduce overall customer inventory & reduce slow and obsolete SKU
Provide effective coverage and visit assigned customers with required frequency to build rapport and perform customer business reviews to enhance future activities
Oversee storage and condition of POPs in service provider’s warehouse and ensure sufficient POP call quantity for each month
Collaborate with respective Merchandising Service Provider counterpart to ensure complete, effective, & efficient monthly activation and merchandising according to planogram and merchandising guidelines
Provide input on merchandisers’ itinerary to include new stores and improve overall efficiency of external merchandiser
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service & Logistic (CS&L) to reduce the service providers; warehouse inventory days
Eliminate possibility of out-of stock situation and build optimal inventory level in service provider’s warehouse
Implement/Maintain First in First Out (FIFO) practice and reduce Slow and Obsolete SKU from the service provider’s warehouse
Education
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
Requirements
Possess Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Minimum 2 years working experience in the Consumer Goods industry
Minimum 2 years of functional experience
Proficient in MS Office
FMCG background is highly preferred
