Objective:

Official liaison with distributor in the supervision and direction of supervisors, sales representatives, and merchandisers execution; responsible for achievement of field sales targets through excellence in the 5P's execution at the store.  Coordinates field team development & execution training.  Provide feedback on the field environment which allows rapid revision of competitive tactics.  

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with key players in the customer (s) at the store level
  • Ensures sales targets and distribution performance, including for new products, and take timely action to drive continuous improvement, Monitors performance vs objectives
  • Develop and execute customer´s plans that profitably increase sales volume, distribution market share
  • Ensure the conduction of negotiations as necessary at store level
  • Regularly visiting stores in order to identify areas of improvement
  • Ensures appropriate alignment, communication, training of distributor personnel to ensure flawless in-store execution
  • Monitors and evaluates in-store compliance, takes corrective action and communicates results internally
  • Gives direction to 3rd party in-store staff and ensures that they are trained and updated on new products, promotions, and merchandising objectives, identify training needs and develop training plans.

 

 

What do you need for this position?

 

  • Scholarship:  Bachelor´s degree
  • Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in commercial teams (sales/marketing).
  • English & Spanish (Spanish is desirable but not a MUST)
  • Excel: Intermediate
  • Powerpoint
  • This position will be based in Guyana
