Experience: 2+ years in IT support with English language proficiency

GITSC team is responsible for first level support for Business users IT queries and issues. As a single point of contact, GITSC takes responsibility for delivering a consistent, positive and timely resolution to every interaction by providing a professional insightful experience to get the Business user back to work as soon as possible.

 

Purpose & Accountabilities:

 

  • GITSC Analyst responsibility is to take the ownership of end-user issue end to end and resolve it ASAP.
  • Responsible for delivering high-class customer service to end users on their IT needs.
  • Lead and/or participate in key projects and initiatives as per assignment.
  • Be customer orientated to ensure quality support that will lead to higher customer Satisfaction.
  • Handle calls and service tickets as part of the daily task – be responsible for the service ticket from inception till resolution and act as facilitator as and when required.
  • Prioritize daily/weekly tasks as necessary. Ensure follow processes and implementation of new processes

  • Strong verbal and written interpersonal skills/ Communication skills in English
  • Ability to learn quickly (on the job, through formal training & self-learning).

Key Relationships:

 

  • Collaborate with Members of all other GIT departments.

 

Experience:

 

  • He / She should have experience providing the first level IT support to customers/users
  • He / She should have experience in voice support process
  • You should have supporting Infrastructure related issues like hardware, software, basic networking, Active directory etc.
  • Should have experience working with ticketing tools
