Job Title: TA Coordinator





Department: CBS TA    Division : Global HR     Location: Mumbai










Job Summary                                               


The TA Coordinator is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to all internal and external customers of the TA process in an effort to make a positive experience for all participants in the hiring process.  Coordinators are responsible for assisting the TA Recruiter by effectively supporting the TA process through tasking which includes, but is not limited to, scheduling and logistics for interviews, forms and technology maintenance, and referral payout tracking


Principal Duties & Responsibilities




  • Schedules logistics for external recruiting events
  • Confirms participant availability and schedules all phone screens, teleconference, and in-person interviews with all participants
  • Schedules travel for candidate interviews (if necessary)
  • Sends interview schedule and directions or teleconference instructions to all participants
  • Distribute requisite tools / templates to support the evaluation process
  • Manage / maintain all process documentation (if applicable)
  • Creates and sends offers / contracts (or updated offers if necessary) to the candidate
  • Advances candidate status in GRMS
  • Issues candidate survey (GRMS)
  • Create job requisitions / job postings
  • Referral program validation and / payout tracking
  • Confirm start date and communicate day one logistics to new hires
  • Initiate onboarding checklist for Hiring Manager
  • Initiate onboarding checklist activities for provisioning (IT, Facilities, Security, Training, Compliance)
  • Initiate pre-employment checks with external vendor(s), monitor pre-hire due diligence timelines, and collect results
  • Notify relevant parties in the event of adverse impact for communication to affected candidate (step based on legal requirements for some countries)
  • Reviews results of pre-employment due diligence testing
  • Arbitrates if there are issues flagged during the pre-employment process
  • Escalates any issues to appropriate decision makers

Education/ Experience Requirements

Minimum Experience: 

  • At least one (1) year of working in a corporate environment in administrative or support position
  • Experience in an administrative or customer support function.


Preferred Work Experience:


  • Proficient in Computers and experience with Success factors will be desirable


Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s degree / working towards
  • Proficiency in English language

  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; manages internal communications and external / client communications with detailed support and assistance
  • Demonstrates customer focus
  • Proficient in computers and software such as MS Office, email calendars, Internet Explorer etc.
  • Ability to perform administrative activities e.g. document management etc.
  • General understanding of the recruiting process
  • Ability to interpret results of pre-employment due diligence and act accordingly
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed team-based environment
