We are currently looking for a


Senior Brand Manager (f/m/d)


to join our Hamburg team full-time at the earliest possible date.


The Senior Brand Manager develops Product Strategies 5Ps based on overall Category and Brand Strategies and on shopper and customer insights. Works closely with both Retail Marketing and Customer Development to develop strategies and tactics to meet established sales, market share and overall company goals.



  • Development and implementation of strong Brand strategies/plans and support programs for our products.
  • Develop product strategy and 5Ps by product based on consumer and shopper expertise/insights.
  • Planning, implementing and tracking of New Product Launches and Relaunches in close collaboration with innovation centers.
  • Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for products/services.
  • Develop 5P’s communication tools in strong collaboration with Retail Marketing and Customer Development to execute the plans.
  • Responsible for 5P’s tracking, for continuously monitoring and working with Customer Development for corrections when needed.
  • Interact with external partners including media & advertising agencies, trade customers, cooperation partners, market research consultants.
  • Define Budget Reviews/Mid-Year Review Volume plans & Financial Goals by category aligned with commercial team.



  • College or University degree.
  • A proven track record of performance with 4 to 6 years of work experience in Brand Management.
  • Business knowledge and understanding on category and brand strategies.
  • Ability to manage different promotions and activation (BTL, ATL) at the same time.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Ability to build good relationship with Customer Development and Retail Marketing to implement the strategies, to build activity grid and achieve marketing objectives.
  • Financial knowledge (P&L) to recommend initiatives that brings financial results and understanding the impact on the business and ROI.
