Position :  Retail Environment  Team Leader  / Senior Trade Marketing Manager

Report to:  Director - Retail Marketing

Location:   Bangkok, Thailand

 

Role & Responsibility:

  1. Develop Pricing Strategy – including price structure , SPI/SPD plan.  NTW & by RE.
  2. Develop Promo Strategy – including promo grid by RE.
  3. Lead & accountable for GTM process of - Trade Pack / Promo Pack / Transitions
  4. Provide volume forecast  (top-down estimate)  to Demand Planning – for NPD / Promo pack.   (later reviewed by Sales Team)
  5. Be the center for communications/support to Sales Team
    • Consolidate 5P guideline by RE (including setting set KPI and follow-up executions from Retail Operation team (RO), and implement  corrective actions)
    • Provide - guideline for off-shelf display ,  trade sample (NPD and others)
  6. Lead Monthly Discipline meeting
    • Complete KPI Tracker – ‘by RE’ SOM & Distribution.
    • Do analysis for Exception ‘by RE’ level.
    • Consolidate agenda from all for each meeting (from Marketing Team & Sales team leader).
    • Confirm Exceptions for Cat/RE & LTA meeting , and issue Minutes for Cat/RE meeting.
  7. Lead ROI Analysis
    • Do ROI analysis by RE,  gather analysis ‘by account’ (Direct Trade/Customer development Manager, Indircet Trade/Shopper Development Manager) , and consolidate learning into one summary.
    • Provide recommendations for further implementation.

For Budget, provide Volume projection (based on aligned promo/pricing strategy and Grid).  Both topline category volume projection, and (work with Marketing) key-stroke volume into P2A.
