About The Role

The Junior Sales Executive is responsible for compliance with the commercial quota of clients and monitoring of activities that support the performance of each one. Provide support to the needs of each client based on the plans established at the beginning of each month, following the CVS of each retailer. Stay informed about the market, making constant visits to the points of sale in order to determine if the business plans will have an impact on the growth of the business.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily negotiations with customers: Sell In
  • Close monitoring of daily sell out across all categories
  • Assess and advise customer on Days of Inventory according to Retail Environment
  • Entry of Purchase Orders, monitoring of activities and requirements according to the CVS of each client.
  • Prompt validation and settlement of discounts for every promotional activity
  • Weekly call on Customers/Retailers to evaluate business performance and pendings
  • Perform Store Checks at points of sale
  • Consolidation of sales information and market share of each customer
  • Ensure accurate demand planning of SKUs
  • Guarantee close follow up on collections and payments from customer to CP

Education, Experience & Skill Requirements

  • Professional in related careers such as Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related
  • 1 year of experience in sales fields or commercial areas (Preferable)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite/Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Intermediate English Level  (Preferable)
