About the Role:

 

As our People / Internal Communications Intern, you aren't just supporting HR—you’re a creative powerhouse. You will shape how our team experiences their rewards and well-being. Using digital savvy and design flair, you’ll transform complex programs into captivating stories and visually stunning content that boosts engagement across the company.

 

What You'll Do

  • Content Creation Extraordinaire

    • Design & Deliver: Craft eye-catching infographics, newsletters, and presentations that make info easy to digest and exciting to read.

    • Visual Mastery: Become our Canva and Google Workspace expert, producing high-end content that perfectly reflects our brand.

  • Communication Strategist

    • Plan & Execute: Partner with the Total Rewards Manager to launch communication plans that cut through the noise and highlight our top-tier benefits.

  • Employee Engagement Champion

    • Event Buzz: Help design and promote holistic well-being events, creating the "must-attend" vibe that drives high participation.

    • Pulse & Innovation: Gather employee feedback to brainstorm and implement fresh, innovative ways to elevate our engagement strategy.

Who You Are

  • Academic Foundation: Pursuing a degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, or Business.

  • Design Wizard: Pro-level skills in Canva or other design tools. (Portfolio required!)

  • Communication Rockstar: Exceptional written and verbal storytelling skills.

  • Creative Catalyst: Passionate about designing content that sparks interest and delivers impact.

  • Proactive & Collaborative: You thrive working independently and as part of a high-energy team.

  • Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with a keen eye for aesthetic and functional perfection.
