Role Summary:

As an Medical Representative (Oral Care) in Trujillo, you will be responsible for positioning the leadership of our Oral Care products with dental health professionals. Your goal is to ensure that Colgate is the preferred brand for both personal and professional use, and that it is actively recommended by dentists to their patients, while meeting assigned sales objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Driving Demand and Sales: Increase the demand for therapeutic Oral Care products in pharmacies and drive direct sales to patients within dental clinics.
  • Territory Execution: Execute detailed visit plans to dental clinics, providing technical product information, samples, and promotional materials.
  • Professional Relationship Management: Manage and segment the portfolio of dentists (including Key Opinion Leaders or KOLs) to increase recommendations and ensure professional loyalty.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in professional events, develop alliances with key stakeholders in the health sector, and use the "Triple Win" methodology for communication.
  • Account Monitoring: Classify, optimize, and follow up on professional accounts to monitor their evolution and in-clinic sales growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Identify and report new market trends and competitor strategies, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of scientific literature.
  • Administration and Reporting: Use the CRM system daily to document visits, enrich the database, and control/report inventory levels of samples and materials.

 

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the Oral/Dental Care, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical sectors
  • Own vehicle for work use as a job tool and driver's license
  • Intermediate English level
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry
