Are you finishing up your degree at University? Or have you just finished and thinking about what’s next?

Join our Sydney based team as a Graduate Territory Manager for Colgate Palmolive. Please note this is a 12 month contract.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Graduate Territory Manager to join us this now!

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships within a designated territory based out of Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate (or nearly graduated student) looking to kick start their career.

What will you be doing?

As an energetic, hands-on Graduate Territory Manager, you will:
Bring Our Brands to Life: You won't just manage a shelf; you'll execute promotional activities and self-initiate secondary selling locations to make our brands unmissable.
Lead in Omni-commerce: Connect our consumers to our iconic brands and drive category growth across your territory.
Master In-Field Execution: Follow a disciplined call cycle to ensure superior execution, maximising promotional impact and shelf presence.
Build Strong Partnerships: Use your people skills to build and utilise in-store relationships, ensuring our products are available wherever the shopper wishes to buy them.

What do we look for?

A Drive for Results: You are passionate, energised, and have a track record of being a self-starter who gets things done.
Commercial Acumen: A passion for growing businesses and the power to influence and negotiate with key partners.
Leadership Potential: Even as a graduate, you should be confident in your ability to inspire others and lead from the front.
Essentials: A valid driver’s licence and Australian work rights are required. Bachelor's degree (or finishing in next 6 months), your ambition and "can-do" attitude are what set you apart.

Why Our People Love it Here:
