Job Summary

We are looking for an innovative and data-driven Tax Digital Transformation Analyst to lead and support the modernization of company processes. The professional will act as a strategic bridge between the tax team and technology, identifying opportunities for automation, operational efficiency, and risk mitigation.

 

Responsibilities

  • Process Mapping and Redesign: Map current workflows (As-Is), identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and design optimized new processes (To-Be).
  • Process Automation: Develop and implement automation solutions (RPA, macros, scripts, or low-code tools) to enhance daily activities.
  • Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics: Develop or maintain management dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, risk exposure, and identify opportunities.
  • Change Management and Training: Conduct training on the use of new technological tools, document processes, and assist in fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Professional Experience: Consolidated experience working on initiatives focused on digital transformation, automation, or process optimization.
  • Technical Knowledge (Hard Skills):
    • Advanced Excel and proficiency in automation or querying languages (VBA, SQL, Python, Retool).
    • Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
    • Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and tax compliance platforms.
    • Understanding of tax routines and Brazilian tax legislation (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, ISS, and withholdings) will be considered a plus.
    • Intermediate English.
    • Portfolio showcasing developed and implemented solutions and applications.
    • Previous experience with Google Cloud Platform.
  • Behavioral Competencies (Soft Skills):
    • Strong analytical mindset and focus on solving complex problems.
    • Excellent communication skills to translate technical needs into business solutions (and vice versa).
    • Adaptability, organization, planning, and proactivity.
