Position: Customer Development Executive

Location: Sao Paulo, SP, BRA 

Role Summary

As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing customer potential within your assigned territory. You will manage customer visit plans, ensure the achievement of sales quotas, and optimize sales strategies across your accounts. The primary mission of this role is to maintain strong market awareness—monitoring pricing policies, inventory, promotions, and competitor strategies—while ensuring excellence in the execution of the 5Ps strategy across all clients to fully develop the territory's potential.

Main Responsibilities

  •  Sales Planning & Execution: Plan and organize daily client visit routines, analyzing account needs to ensure sales targets and volume quotas are consistently met.
  •  Account & Territory Development: Sell and position company products according to the coverage plan, optimizing sales performance and fully unlocking customer and territory potential.
  •  Market & Product Awareness: Stay continuously updated on pricing policies, stock levels, and active promotions to strengthen commercial negotiations, while staying informed on new product launches, features, and benefits.
  • Point of Sale (POS) Execution: Ensure high-quality execution of the 5Ps pillars across all assigned client accounts. Competitor Intelligence: Monitor competitor strategies and promotions in the market, reporting insights directly to management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree completed 
  • Experience in the commercial area.
  • Software / Tools: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Pacote Office).
  • Preferred Qualifications Language: Intermediate English proficiency
