Job Context Challenges


Need to ensure effective execution of the company strategies and execute the activations for each customer. Need to closely work with merchandiser, champion (promoter), champion team


Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)

  • Accountability Related Activities
  • In-store Activation
  • Ensure planned execution in the store/customers
  • In-store Availability
  • Ensure availability of optimum stocks by customer and sharing the availability tracker with the Customer Marketing team
  • Maintain relationship with customer
  • Ensuring a healthy relationship with customer, stockist, store manager, department manager
  • IT Usage for working
  • All CDO’s should be able to use the tools of DMS-ITT/Palm, Laptop effectively to make data/fact based decisions recommendations and should support it with relevant numerical analysis.

 


Prepare monthly analysis report

  • Maintaining reports information as required by the company. Compiling facts and figures according to established format/procedures as required.
  • Reporting competitive activity, schemes related developments from the market.

 


Manage and develop resources

  • Assign schedule work to merchandiser, champion (promoter)
  • Monitor team performance and provide support/solution when needed
  • Maintain team capabilities toward appropriate training.
  • Ensure the quality of communication on trade promotions are cascaded to team
  • Conduct monthly activation meeting for merchandiser and champion
