Job Description: Assistant Manager / Manager, Digital Data Delivery 

Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Data Delivery – Consumer/Media/Cross commercial analytics is a pivotal role dedicated to building and scaling the core data foundation that fuels our global reporting and insights. In this role, you will enable/ lead the modernization of our data infrastructure, transforming disparate consumer, sales, marketing touchpoints into unified, secure, and highly available data assets and AI ready.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Execution

  • Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end delivery of robust Snowflake data pipelines, leveraging modern engineering tools like dbt, SQL, and Apache Airflow for sophisticated workflow orchestration. Experienced leveraging AI for data engineering desired.

  • Data Semantic Layer: Leverage the dbt Semantic Layer to define standardized business metrics so that both human analysts and LLM agents query identical, trusted definitions. 

  • Cost,governance& privacy Compliance: Enforce best practices for data ingestion and ensure all solutions meet security compliance and regulatory requirements including data privacy, consent to mitigate corporate risk.

  • Data Quality, Observability, and LLM Trust : implement comprehensive data quality tests,alongside detection anomaly, data drift.Maintain dbt documentation & lineage tracking of data source to 

Experience & Education

  • Technical Experience: At least 6-10+ years of hands-on experience building and scaling robust data applications within complex environments. 

  • Leadership Experience: 3+ years leading the delivery of high-impact data and analytics initiatives.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.

  • Desirable : Team Management: Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring remote or distributed technical talent.

Technical Skills

  • Data Warehouse Architecture natively utilizing Snowflake.

  • Data Transformation Pipelines built with dbt and SQL.

  • Workflow Orchestration using Apache Airflow.

  • Infrastructure as Code managed via Terraform.

  • Version Control and CI/CD automation through GitHub.

  • Ai foundation concepts: Knowledge of Snowpark,Cortex AI SQL, Dynamic tables, vector operations.

Soft Skills

  • Thrives in ambiguity within fast-paced digital environments.

  • Excellent negotiation skills for managing competing product priorities.

  • Leadership: Strong leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize and balance competing needs from various stakeholder groups.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to gather and relay information and timelines to the organization.
