Become part of our dedicated and interdisciplinary team as a working student (m/f/d) in the Professional Oral Care sales department at our location in Hamburg (up to 20 hours per week).
Your tasks and comprehensive insights:
Our specialist Professional Oral Care division plays a decisive role in the market by strategically distributing our high-quality products through specific dental and pharmacy channels. As a full and active member of our sales team in Hamburg, you will gain in-depth and practical insights into all facets of modern key account management:
Key Account Support & Strategic Sales:

You will actively and independently support the Key Account Team in its day-to-day operations.

One focus will be on providing direct support in serving our strategically important dental and pharmacy wholesalers as well as online pharmacies.

Preparation of analyses and reports for performance management.
Marketing & External Communication:
-
Design and implementation of target group-specific marketing activities that support the sales of our products.

Independent and professional customer communication as well as management of external agencies and service providers.
Cross-team & Cross-functional Collaboration:

Close and coordinated cooperation with the Marketing, Logistics and Finance departments is part of your daily tasks to ensure smooth processes and the achievement of common goals.

You will act as an interface between internal departments and external partners
Data management, administration & process optimisation:

Support in the accurate maintenance of critical master data (e.g. updating price lists, article information, managing product images)

Optimisation of administrative processes
Customer loyalty & strategic preparation:

Preparation of strategically important half-yearly and annual meetings with our key accounts.

You will actively support customer engagement and help develop measures for long-term customer loyalty.
Individual development & project work: We offer you a diverse and challenging range of tasks in which you will have the opportunity to set your own priorities and manage smaller projects independently, depending on your interests and strengths.
Your profile:

You are enrolled for at least another year (ideally in the fields of economics, information technology or natural sciences)

Experience in using Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) or comparable tools (Excel skills are an advantage)

You have strong analytical skills and a talent for networked thinking

You are a strong communicator, a real team player, enjoy working cross-functionally and keep an eye on priorities and deadlines

You are quick on the uptake and take a proactive approach to complex issues

Fluent German and good written and spoken English
