Colgate Supply Chain Management Trainee Program is a 24-month development program crafted for high-potential young graduates, equipping you with professional and leadership skills needed for you to chart your way to an exciting career with us!

Throughout this program, you will gain critical, hands-on experience within Supply Chain functions by working directly with the operational, technical and planning teams that bring our products to life. You will be exposed to the vibrancy of a complex manufacturing environment, challenged intellectually, and encouraged to find innovative solutions to real-world challenges.

Are you the one we’re looking for?

Must-have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) with CGPA 3.2 and above in:

    • Engineering (preferably Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing or Mechanical)

    • Supply Chain Management (with a focus on Operations Management)

    • Technology (preferably Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Engineering Technology)

  • Fresh graduates or those with less than 2 years full-time working experience are welcome to apply (excluding internships & part-time work).
